Shipping / Delivery Rates
All orders will be shipped to the billing address only. Orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class (5-9 business days) or Priority (3-5 business days). International orders are shipped via USPS International Airmail delivery, general delivery taking from 10-20 business days. The price of shipping is determined by the combined weight of all items in your order. We offer FREE SHIPPING on U.S. orders over $50!

Due to limited stock levels on select inventory and the location of our business (Alaska), we do not offer overnight shipping or any other method of rush shipping at this time.

Q. Is ordering from SideLines safe?
A. Absolutely! All credit card transactions are processed through the SAFE and SECURE Authorize.net payment gateway. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (sorry, no American Express at this time). You can also pay using Paypal, no account required.

Q. How do I pay via PayPal?
A. PayPal is a secure service that enables you to send money to SideLines from your checking account or credit card. Contact us at info@sidelines-inc.com for payment info.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. You may return an item within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is unworn/unwashed and in it’s original condition. Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns. Please e-mail us at info@sidelines-inc.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, which is needed for all returns. You may exchange an item within 21 days of receipt for an additional shipping fee. The item must also be unworn/unwashed and in it’s original condition.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up to 24 hours after your order has been placed, provided your order has not already shipped.

Q. What about sales tax?
A. We do not add any taxes… prices are as listed – no surprises!

Q. If you don’t have my size can you get it?
A. We will certainly do our best to try! Please contact us with any size requests, we will get that information to you as soon as possible.

Q. Do you stock your inventory or is it drop shipped from the manufacturer?
A. We stock 100% of the items in our store (in Alaska!).
